*Warrenville Concrete Transformation: Watch Our Commercial Polyjacking Project!*

Ever wondered how to fix uneven concrete without the mess and disruption? In this video, Mike Fetherling, owner of Acme Concrete Raising & Repair, invites you to explore our extensive commercial project in Warrenville, Illinois. Discover the incredible power of our polyurethane method—commonly known as polyjacking—as we tackle numerous trip hazards, significantly boosting safety, minimizing property liability, and enhancing overall resident satisfaction.

You'll get an up-close look as Mike explains the science behind the process: how polyol and isocyanate combine in our air-purged injection gun, creating an exothermic reaction that transforms into a super-strong, lightweight, closed-cell foam. See how this foam expands up to 20 times its original volume, expertly stabilizing the gravel base and ensuring your concrete slabs are durably repaired.

Acme Concrete is your trusted partner for efficient, minimally disruptive polyurethane solutions. We're committed to safety, professionalism, and providing repairs that truly last. Unlike messy concrete replacement or slow mudjacking, our polyurethane foam method delivers rapid results, keeps job sites clean, and offers unmatched durability. Our inert, 100% water-resistant foam stands up to moisture and washout, making it the preferred choice for homes, businesses, and HOA-managed properties across Chicagoland.

🚀 See a Failed Concrete Raising Project Repaired!
Not all concrete repairs last forever—but the good news is that many failed lifts can still be fixed properly. In this video, you’ll see how Acme Concrete Raising & Repair restores a sunken slab that had already undergone previous raising work.

🎬 What You’ll See:
Watch our team carefully assess the slab, identify why it settled again, and apply our proven polyurethane concrete raising process to achieve a stable, lasting repair. You’ll see step-by-step how we bring a failed project back to life with precision and care.

⚙️ About the Smart Lift System®
Our Smart Lift System® combines specialized injection equipment, high-quality polyurethane foams, and precise installation methods.

⏱️ How It Works:
We start by evaluating the existing conditions. Then, we drill dime-sized injection holes in targeted spots and inject expanding polyurethane foam. The foam fills hidden voids, stabilizes the soil, and gently lifts the slab back to its intended position. One of the keys to a long lasting repair is to make sure enough injection points are installed and that the raised concrete is properly supported. Once the lifting and stabilizing is complete, the material is cured and the surface is safe, level, and ready for immediate use.

🚧 Common Problems We Solve:

Sunken or settled garage floors

Trip hazards on sidewalks, driveways, stoops, and steps

Uneven patios and pool decks

Water pooling and drainage issues

Unstable soil conditions beneath slabs

Failing seawalls and soil washout zones

Sinking sheds or outdoor buildings

Sunken interior floors in homes or businesses

Many people assume that as long as a contractor uses polyurethane, their concrete raising project will be successful and last a long time.

This could not be further from the truth!

The type of polyurethane used and how it’s installed is absolutely critical!

Some contractors cut costs by using low-density foams that compress over time, leading to future settling. Others don’t inject material in enough locations, leaving voids beneath the slabs. This puts excessive stress on the foam and also results in premature failure.

At Acme Concrete Raising & Repair, we use only high-quality polyurethane and follow strict installation procedures utilizing our Smart Lift System, ensuring long-lasting, reliable results. Don’t settle for a quick, cheap fix—demand a true specialist!

Acme did a great job lifting my driveway and the steps to the front door. Notice the before and after pics where step was raised 3-4 inches to make the steps much safer. Nick was very professional and he did a 3 car driveway and steps in 4-5 hours.
