Sunken concrete has a straightforward cause: the soil supporting it has lost volume, whether through water erosion, uneven compaction, or the natural give and take of wet and dry seasons. Our lifting method relies on polyurethane foam, injected through a pattern of small holes drilled directly into the concrete. As the foam expands beneath the slab, it fills voids and raises the concrete back to level, then hardens to provide stable, long-term support underneath. Because the foam is lightweight and the holes are small, there’s minimal impact to the surrounding landscaping or hardscape. This method applies to driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and interior slabs alike.
