Not every settled floor needs to be replaced, and not every floor can be lifted. We look at the slab’s condition before recommending anything.
Lifting works well when the concrete is structurally sound but has settled due to voids or soil loss underneath. We drill small holes, inject polyurethane foam or grout beneath the slab, and raise it back to level. The holes are patched, and the floor is usable almost immediately — no curing time, no demolition, and no pile of broken concrete to haul away.
Replacement makes sense when a slab is too cracked or crumbled to hold together through a lift, or when the floor has heaved rather than sunk. We’ll be straightforward about which situation you’re dealing with so you’re not paying for a lift that won’t hold.
