Sunken concrete is almost always a symptom of what’s happening in the soil below it, whether that’s water washing out fill, soil that settles unevenly, or ground that simply wasn’t compacted well to begin with. To correct the settling, we drill small access holes into the existing concrete and inject polyurethane foam beneath it.
