Soil moves with moisture, settles under a slab’s own weight, and can wash away wherever drainage sends water underneath instead of around it. To correct the settling, we drill small access holes into the existing concrete and inject polyurethane foam beneath it. The foam fills the gaps left by eroded or settled soil and lifts the slab as it expands, restoring it to level without removing or replacing anything. Because the foam is lightweight and sets quickly, there’s minimal disturbance to the surrounding landscaping. Because this method doesn’t require excavation or new concrete, it’s typically faster than a full replacement and leaves your yard largely undisturbed.
