Acme Concrete Raising & Repair offers Polyurethane Foam Injection as a high-quality, non-invasive concrete raising solution for all types of sunken concrete structures. This is the same technology recently under patent and used by various State Transportation Departments (DOT) for large road & bridge approachment projects.
Small holes (about the size of a dime) are created in the concrete, and injection ports installed. This allows the introduction of our two-part polymer lifting foam.
Next, we inject the two-part polymer into the ports, and into the space under the structure. The expanding foam fills all voided areas while lifting the sunken concrete to the desired level.
After injection, the ports are removed and the holes are patched, rendering them virtually unnoticeable. The lifting foam requires as little as 15-minutes before it is fully cured. Repaired concrete is suitable for normal traffic once this repair is complete.
